- Safety of workers is one of the prime concerns,
- Training to workers on joining and frequent training updates for existing one.
- Providing safety equipments to ensure safety while working on floor.
- Heavy duty floors with regular cleaning to avoid slips and damages.
- Proper fencing of machinery to avoid any accidental injury.
- Well placed fire extinguishers to avoid accidental fires.
- Regular maintenance of lifts and other such equipments used on production floor.
